Lisa Archibald
Lisa (she/her) is a proud Scot with over 20 years of experience in setting up, coordinating and training peer communities and networks internationally. Her notable achievements include being a Winston Churchill fellow (2013), a Yale Let(s) LEAD fellow (2019), and completing a PgCert in Mad Studies (2023).
For 7 years, Lisa lived in Aotearoa (New Zealand), where she facilitated and supported peer learning communities, nurturing the IPS hub alongside her Aotearoa IPS whānau.
In 2020, Lisa joined the IPS Central team to:
- Support trainers and hubs
- Coordinate IPS training
- Oversee international growth and development of IPS
Lisa became a Co-Director of Intentional Peer Support in January 2022. Her heart and soul is dedicated to supporting grassroots peer communities, helping them grow and thrive without being co-opted along the way.
Lisa's passion and hope is for IPS to be accessible and relatable to people who fall in love with this way of being. She envisions:
- IPS reaching individuals worldwide, regardless of their location
- Fostering a global community of passionate IPS practitioners
