Overview - Introduction to IPS
A short overview session online or in person that dives into the history and origins of IPS, as well as offering a basic introduction to the principles and tasks of Intentional Peer Support.
This training is ideal for anyone interested in accessing a basic introduction to IPS in a short, accessible session. For our in-depth and foundational course, check out the Core Training.

Core Training
This is our foundational training for learning and practicing Intentional Peer Support. This training is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning more about mutual support and implementing this in their practice and relationships. Widely offered as peer support training for people working in mental health or AOD services, it's also great for people offering peer support in grassroots or alternative communities. Participant materials are currently available in English, Norwegian, Spanish and Croatian.

Queer IPS (for LGBTQIA+)
Designed for individuals who are at the intersection of queer/trans identities and peer support, QIPS Training offers Intentional Peer Support through an LGBTQIA+ lens. This program is tailored to explore the unique challenges and experiences within these communities, enhancing understanding and advocacy skills.

Managers & Supervisors Training
Designed for managers and supervisors in peer support settings, this training enhances leadership skills, deepens understanding of peer support dynamics, and improves team effectiveness. Tailored to strengthen leadership capabilities within the IPS framework, it equips participants to integrate IPS principles effectively in their daily practice.

Advanced Training
Designed for those who have completed Core Training, this program focuses on real-life applications, enhancing mutual connections, and mastering co-reflection. Tailored to fit organizational or community needs, it offers opportunities for participants to deepen their practice of the IPS tasks and principles.

Train the Trainer
This program prepares individuals to teach IPS Core Content within their existing organizations or communities, equipping participants to become designated IPS Organizational Trainers. It's tailored for small organizations and requires participants to have completed the core training, accumulated a year of IPS practice and engaged in regular co-reflection.

Designed to complement our main offerings, we provide core and trainer refresher courses, co-reflection training and customized training tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization.
